All requirements regarding fiber geometry and layer geometry parameters are online monitored during the drawing process of the fiber and the entire production process. This is also true for the extrusion of fibers made of various materials.

Every produced batch of fiber is subjected to a thorough screening test to verify that our fibers meet the requirements with regard to fiber strength.

We also measure the parameters for transmission and numerical aperture of every batch. All parameters and requirements regarding every individual fiber are permanently monitored during the manufacturing process.

We deliver not a single meter of fiber to our customers which has not been thoroughly screen tested.
